This site is dedicated to the memory of Geoff Milner.

After beating Kidney cancer 25 years ago, he was diagnosed with Mesothelioma form of lung cancer in January of this year. Until the last year he was fit and active and always looked younger than his age still with a full head of hair which was often wild and unruly. He was always stubborn and a fighter and fought the disease for longer than predicted. Throughout he kept his sense of humour and fun until the very end. He was able to remain at home until the last 36 hours with his family. He is at peace now and reunited with his wife Doreen. He was devoted to his wife and his only daughter and after his wife passed away 13 years ago a small part of him died with her. Although he was devoted to his dog and companion Vivo, who he affectionately referred to as ‘his little boy’. Who he took for long walks, who slept alongside his bed and even went to work with him in the car. He belonged to a social club where they have fond memories of meals he organised, walks with his dog and his Christmas charity collections.
